A dream come true
The Manila Bulletin Online proudly notes the inclusion of the Philippine president Gloria Arroyo in Forbes' "first-ever list of 100 most powerful women in the world."
Condi Rice leads the list, but
Coming in second in the list is China Vice Premier Wu Yi, followed by India’s Congress party President Sonia Gandhi, former First Lady Laura Bush, ...I'm trying to get confirmation of this.
