Another official bans communication with the press
The mayor of Youngstown, Ohio has banned city employees from discussing city business with The Business Journal of Youngstown. According to Joe Strupp of E&P, the Journal is suing.
I wonder if Mayor McKelvey got the idea from Maryland Republic Governor Ehrlich.
